Home alone, too

Happy Funday Sunday, everyone. It is now time for another edition of my blogging time again!

I believe most of you are home enjoying some family time or just relaxing at home and waiting for the day to never end to enjoy before the agonizing moment for back to work or school. I’ve been here. Not for a long time thought. Since an entrepreneurial mind like mine never takes time off on any day, including the weekend. Don’t take me wrong. I do get my rest every day. I do have quality me time. That is when my online residual plan takes over. Even while I’m sleeping.

This blog is all about your time wisely spent working online and what makes you a mighty achiever over just being average.

Let’s talk about the job for starters. The pay rate and workers’ participation to achieve those rates are out of control. It is crazy to say that everyone gets the same rate of pay in their division even if they work hard or not. This is unfair. The ones who work the hardest should get more, but this is not the case. I can say that this differs in sales and commission or other salaries derived from your own input on the job. I love the latter since I believe that you should get paid based on your experience and accomplishments over others. If I had an opportunity to serve in government, I would impose a law to pay the highest achievers a higher rate in all manner of the workforce instead of just management or leadership.

One of the unfairness I see in the workplace is the lack of production while the boss is away. People tend to work harder while the boss is watching. Some people do not know how to “grind” it out all alone. You can not blame them. Our school system teaches us to work together and to have harmony in the workplace. Working alone and unsupervised is only done by the very few of us. The very few of us separate ourselves from the average workers to the great achievers. Let me give you some scenarios.

In church… Most worship on Sundays. I can assure you that many will be in denial the rest of the week to be “cleansed” on Sundays. Repeat. In meetings… While I was involved in the affiliate marketing scene(I still am, but solely), we used to have these seminars to get our brains pumped and to get the business juice flowing. When all is over, we return home, and all is lost. There is no excitement to run to, but the memories. The party is now over. It’s back to the real world. How do you cope when you are all alone and no one to run to? How do you cope when no one is watching? Who do you run to for help when you are buried in your job and the business seminars are just a distant memory? The answer is that you need to wake up and look at the total mission in your life. Your life is not based only on the excitement. There should be “no drug or alcohol” involved in needing to make your life more productive. We need to deal with the ebbs and flows in our daily lives.

In general…..

When your dreams suddenly become a reality, make it heartfelt. Be aware of the negatives around you(can not avoid this), be contious of people trying to deny your work. Be aware that when you are left alone and in a dark place, you may have gotten you, and only you for support. Happiness or peace of mind is from within you and not based on things and your surroundings. Be flexible in your knowledge and understanding of things that you wish to accomplish. Set a goal and make them no matter what your circumstance.

At home….

Limit your distractions. Note that your goals need to be accomplished here as well on the road. Sleep. Relax. Entertain your thoughts at times while on break. Get back to working on your goals for the day.

On the job….

Do your life’s work on your downtime and do your bosses’ job well throughout the day. Learn from your coworkers and everyone around you. Think positive amidst the negative chatter around you. Your business is not based on chatter but on well-being. Live. Laugh. Enjoy your work day. And please, put equal energy into your job life and your life’s work.

In conclusion….

Being at home is never limited to how much you can do for you. Treat being home equally as being on the job. The bosses’ work is important, and so is yours. You shouldn’t be home alone and not be mindful of your endeavors. You can be home alone and gather your strength from within you. Don’t forget that this moment is your downtime, and it is still “your business” to be productive. You can be way above the average in your endeavors while still being home alone… as well.

Here’s to a great life! 🍾 🥂 🍷
