Multitasking Expert

Hello all. It is blogging time again!

*Please note the new post day. It’s Mondays from 6am to 3pm. Wednesdays are still the same at http://www.ap24hoursonline.blogspot.com from 6am to 3pm. It is better to write and post on Mondays since I will have more freedom to write and post on time without the distraction. So, it’s Happy Monday to you all.

Last week was very interesting working online. It is quite remarkable how I can make my online experience more enjoyable just by doing or adding new routines to my daily activities. Since it is important for me to have a big network, managing it well is just an important task to conquer. Let me break things down. P.S. If you think you can use some of my techniques here, feel free to copy this.

Emails

My greatest task is reading all my emails. This was next to the impossible since I can get hundreds of emails per day and thousands per week and even crazier if I don’t get to emails regularly. It is possible that if I miss an email, this could be a money losing effort since some emails have limited time to read before the expiry date, especially if it offers an opportunity that needs my immediate attention.

Now. I read my emails each day. At the end of the day and into the new day, I will delete all of the previous day’s emails, enabling me to concentrate on emails for today. I can now read my emails daily, thus deleting the ones that are not needed. P.s. I have multiple spam folders. Questionable emails will go to my spam folder;which I will not read. I will just  delete them when necessary and at the end of the day.

The results from getting to my emails each day have made my task of reading my emails less agonizing and more manageable. This is great since I know that I will not be leaving money on the table.

Scheduling

Having a big network requires big responsibility. I am big on having goals and achieving them. Whether it is my weekly blogging schedule and my interactions with surfing sites on a daily basis. If, for some reason, I become distracted during the day, I will still have time before after midnight to get to my tasks. P.s. I only get one shot at blogging weekly. My blogging will get precedence over all all activities before the expiry weekly time frame. No exceptions.

Multi/multitasking

I remember not so lately how I used to do one task until completion then unto the next.  Now, I’m running through many unrelating tasks as I get through my day. Simply because I am more comfortable in whatever I’m doing for the day. When I go through the big tasks and coupled in smaller tasks, guess what? I’m more able to accomplish my daily goals in a shorter time.

Pairing

Certain tasks can be done together much easily. Say, for instance, walking goals. I can couple that with reading emails, taking some surveys, or listening to paid music. Now, with running, all I can concentrate on is music and only music. Since I’m out running or walking, my other devices will be left indoors to run videos or other programs passively. Also, when I’m indoors and talking a rest or watching television, my devices will be running passively, which is generating cash while I’m talking a break.

I find myself getting up early after a good night’s sleep. I use this early morning to start working on my daily goals. Whether it is reading emails, surfing, or even starting to jump-start my blogging, this is a great opportunity for me to finish or surpass my goal, leaving more time to do less the next day or week. I can use this time to binge watch my favorite show or go shopping.

Start early

Prioritizing

Not all tasks can be accomplished every day. Life happens. I may be tired or not feeling well. I may have to work on the job. When emergencies occur, prioritizing my task is of utmost importance. Say, for instance, I blog once per week. I rarely postpone or be late on blogging. All my other daily tasks can be prioritized by which is more important or put off. As long as I complete the basic daily goals, I may also concentrate on my weekly or monthly goals at the moment to make up for lost time.
