Thinking outside the box

Happy Friday! It’s blogging time again!

I’m going to share some tidbits and dive right into my topic for today.

National Fast Food Day
November 16th is the perfect day to
indulge in your favorite convenience foods

🌭 The first fast food was fried fish
in ancient Greece

🌭  KFC is the traditional
Christmas Eve dinner in Japan

🌭 Subway menu has nearly 38 million
total possible combinations

🌭 96% of children worldwide recognize Ronald McDonald, making him the most recognizable fictional character in the world, followed by Santa Claus

Maybe today’s the day to ditch kitchen stress — let others do the cooking!

Our mind is a terrible thing to waste. Whatever we used our minds for the good or for the bad, how we think separates us from one from another. Let’s put on our thinking cap for a moment. Let’s look at this scenario.

Which would you prefer. I will give you (A) three hundred and sixty-five dollars($365) one time or (B) one dollar($1) a day for a year. Choose one. Most would choose A. It’s a lump sum amount and immediate cash. B is long-term and smaller in offerings. Let me add to (point A). After your $365, I will be done with you. So goodbye. For (point B), I will show you how to increase your $1 a day each day for a year. In my mind. Point B is a better deal. This is one of the traits I inherit to maximize my income each and every day. This is how I think outside the box.

I got invited to opportunities as much as I invite others as well. Here is the difference between my thinking and their thinking. The difference is what others are saying as soon as they get invited. I’ve heard this all the time (you are making pennies here) or (I don’t have the time) or (do they really pay). The answers to all the above could be negative in nature; as in yes(pennies for sure), yes, (they are time guzzlers),yes, (you may not get paid)but, you won’t know until you do it. An open-minded person never questions an opportunity. They use all those negatives to turn them into positives. That is thinking outside of the box. Let me add this just for the hypocritical bunch. No one questions their bosses when they start a new job until it’s time for a raise and they received none. Then to go hunting for another job, then another and another…that’s thinking about getting into more money rather than thinking outside the box. Good luck with that!

Speaking of the job. For those in jobs, do not think that there is no hope. Let the job be a lesson learned to get you from pont A to point B as per my illustration. I learned a great deal about the structure of business being on a job. I see my fellow employees struggle through life up until now. Working becomes more of a way to make ends meet for them. But there is hope. First and foremost, unless you feel the need to do something great in life outside of your jobs, go for it. Do not keep yourself locked in the box, thinking there is no way out. Etch that plan to escape out of it. Not only should you take what’s given to you, which is a gift. Use that gift as a tool. A tool indeed. Use that tool well. You will always find a way when you think outside the box.

The best of luck to you!
